At Cheal Associates, we are committed to providing a high standard of service. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise your concerns with us as soon as possible.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, or if eight weeks have passed without resolution, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman can investigate complaints about poor service and can be contacted at:

You must refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our final response and within one year of the problem occurring or when you should reasonably have become aware of it.

If your complaint relates to misconduct, regulatory breaches, or ethical concerns, you can report these directly to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) via their website: www.sra.org.uk.
