It was recommended that I talk to Dani when I started having problems with my employer earlier this year. My company was under financial pressure and being in Sales the focus was on downsizing. Being made redundant after 10 years with my employer, where I was a Regional Manager, I was only being offered statutory compensation package when previously a precedent had been set with peers for a higher offering.
